Shipping policy

Do to all that is going on with Covid-19 USPS has been having severe delays with shipments due to covid and other issues. Your package may take longer than normal to arrive.

Once your package is out of our GenEva's Love care, it is now USPS responsibility to get your package to you. If there are any shipping/transit issues please contact your USPS. 

 

Geneva's Love IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS! If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, you must contact your USPS. Items are processed within 3-5 days. All items are shipped through USPS and take approximately 3-5 business days. Your tracking number will be available once your package has shipped.
